To pay by credit card directly, please email your Visa/Mastercard number, expiration date, and billing zip code along with the titles you wish to order.  Please let me know the method of shipment you prefer (see below rates).  Credit card orders can also be placed through PayPal by clicking the following link to pay securely. 

 

To pay by check or money order, determine your shipping and handling from the chart below, add to your book total, and mail to the address above.  It's always best to email first so I can determine book availability and place your book on hold awaiting payment.

Shipping & Handling

USPS Media Mail - First book is $3.50. Each additional book is $1.00. 

USPS Priority Mail - First book is $5.50. Each additional book is $2.00.

Insurance is available for all orders.  For US orders up to $100, add $1.30 to the S&H total.  Up to $200, add $2.20 to the S&H total.  Please email for a quote for order totals in excess of $200.

A shipping quote will be provided for International shipments.   By USPS Global Priority, most hardbacks, trade paperbacks and audiobooks are $10.00.  Most mass market paperbacks are $6.00.
